Mr. Raymond was arrested on the following charges 1.) Felony driving while Intoxicated 2.) Failure to maintain right half of the roadway 3.) Driving while revoked 4.) No Insurance.
Owen J. Raymond was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he was later cited with tickets and released.
