Mr. Collins was arrested on the following charges 1.) Driving while Intoxicated 2.) Misdemeanor Cass County Sheriff's Office Warrant - Driving while revoked 3.) Speed 4.) Driving while suspended/revoked.
Victor A. Collins was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and he was later released.
