Storms will be possible today and each day through the weekend. Although severe storms are not expected today, severe storms will be possible across central Missouri on Saturday, and northern Missouri on Sunday. The main threats will be for damaging winds and large hail however a isolated tornado threat does exist on Saturday.
In addition, to the storm threat, the first heat of the season is expected this weekend with highs reaching the upper 80s to lower 90s.
