Re: burglary arrests
On June 08, 2023, three suspects were arrested following an incident on 2350 Rd. east of Young Rd. in rural Linn County, Kansas.
The suspects:

All three were found in a machine shed on private property. The suspects were disassembling vehicles inside the structure. Deputies and Detectives from Linn County were able to catch the three suspects in the act and arrest all three without incident.
The Bates County Sheriff was notified of the burglary in progress and assisted Linn County. The three suspects are currently housed in the Linn County Jail on a bond of $25,000 each.
All suspects are presumed innocent until adjudicated in a Court of Law.
