Mr. Giacone was arrested on the following charges 1.) Felony possession of a controlled substance - Methamphetamine 2.) Driving while suspended/revoked 3.) Following too closely 4.) Lane violation 5.) Possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was booked into the Bates County Jail in Butler and was later cited with tickets and released.
