Lawrence W. “L.W.” Thompson Jr, age 93 of Butler, Missouri died Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at his home. He was born December 1, 1929 to Lawrence Webster and Florence Howe Thompson in Butler, Missouri.
L.W. is survived by a son, Gary Thompson of Adrian, Missouri; three grandchildren, Jennifer Adkins and husband Jerry of Warsaw, Missouri, Bruce Thompson and wife Andrea of Garden City, Missouri and Brandy Moretine and husband Cory of Adrian, Missouri; three great-grandchildren; and companion of 18 years, Marilyn Vidal of Butler, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Norma Thompson; an infant son, Wesley Glen Thompson; and a son, Larry D. Thompson.
