Pedestrian struck by vehicle in Clinton

On Tuesday June 27th around 10:14 a.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Henry County along with Henry County Sheriff's Deputies and the Clinton Police Department responded to a pedestrian struck by a car at an address of 117 Rives Road in Clinton, Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the westbound 2016 Lincoln Continental by 23 year old Clint M. Donovan-Howe of Warsaw, Missouri struck 57 year old Lesa A. Scheib of Clinton as she walked into the path of the vehicle.

Lesa A. Scheib sustained serious injuries and she was transported by Golden Valley EMS to Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri for treatment.
