Judy was born in Adrian, Missouri on May 14, 1945 as the daughter of Emmanuel Lee and Verna Faye (Miller) Lockard. Judy attended elementary school at Passaic and later attended high school at Adrian High School graduating in the class of 1963. After high school, she was employed at Nelly Don dress factory in Nevada, MO. On May 1, 1964, she was united in marriage to her husband, Robert (Bob) Schnoebelen for 59 years. To this union one daughter and one son was born.

For several years, she had child care in the home. Judy also worked at Town and Country Shoe Factory in Sedalia, MO. She was employed at Thorco factory in Butler where she retired from.
Judy was active in Rebekah Lodge, Grand Ladies Encampment and Ladies Patriarch Militant of Missouri. She held several offices in each organization and was a member at Adrian Rebekah Lodge #449. Judy accepted Christ at an early age at The Adrian Christian Church. Later on in her life she attended Happy Hill Church of God.
She loved to plant flowers and just be outside. At a younger age, she liked to bowl, as well as camp in their RV at the lake. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Judy was preceded in death by both her parents, brothers Gene and Dale Lockard, niece Angela Crippen and nephew Bill Lockard. She is survived by her husband, Bob; her daughter, Trudy (Gary – deceased) Morgan of Hamilton,
Texas; son, William Schnoebelen of Kansas City, Kansas; five grandchildren, Kendra (Kyle) Norton, Buddy
(Shandi) Stewart, Bobby Baker, Anna Schnoebelen and Olivia Schnoebelen, as well as six great-grandchildren
