The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the northbound 1993 Chevrolet S-10 driven by 22 year old Cole M. Winsworth ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Mr. Winsworth along with a passenger in his vehicle 43 year old Ronald E. Dighero of Nevada, Missouri both sustained moderate injuries and both were transported to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment.
