Randy was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Randy grew up in Raytown, Missouri. He graduated from Raytown High School in 1986. He had been employed at Shamrock Cabinets before becoming disabled. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, watching the Kansas City Chiefs games and going to car races.
In addition to his wife, Elaine, he is survived by his six children, Allen Newcomb (Yvan Camagay), Kissimmee, Florida; Ashley Clarke (Ryan), St. Cloud, Florida; Amanda Davis, St. Joseph, Missouri; Alaina Davis (Garret Rash) Olathe, Kansas; Angel Armstrong (Daniel) Creighton, Missouri; Alyssia Davis of the home; mother, Rosa Fern Smith, Raytown, Missouri, and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Josiah Smith; sister, Geraldine Elaine Smith; and his grandparents, Marshall and Rhode Smith and George and Edan Carder.
Services will be on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 9:30 a.m. Randy will then be laid to rest at 2:30 p.m. in Hillcrest Cemetery in Mountain Grove, Missouri.
