Breaking News: Subject in custody after police pursuit:
The Butler Police Department along with assistance of the Bates County Sheriffs Office was involved in a pursuit around 11:00 p.m. tonight that started after Butler Police attempted a traffic stop.
Speeds in this chase reached 100 mph as it tore down 52 west highway before coming to an end at CR 11001 when the subject that fled was taken into custody without incident.
