Deputies located the vehicle on 7 highway near TT highway still northbound in the southbound lanes.
Deputies attempted to stop the vehicle, which failed to stop and continued driving the wrong direction. Deputies deployed a "grappler" device and safely brought the vehicle to a stop.
The driver was determined to be an elderly male subject with medical issues. There were no injuries or damage during this incident. The driver was transported to an area hospital for evaluation.
