Butler Bears to much for Versailles Tigers...
The Butler Bears Football Team remained undefeated tonight with a 42-22 victory over the Versailles Tigers in high school football action.
The first half of this game was exciting as both teams went up and down the field. Butler's first score of the night was a safety by Senior linebacker Issac Rodriguez. The Bears would go into the half leading 26-22.
Butler would come out in the 2nd half and dominate on both sides of the ball before finally closing the game out with a interception by Sophomore Jake Chandler (4 Interception on the year).
The Bears will be home next Friday night September 15th as they host the Holden Eagles (2-1) who lost tonight to the Clinton Cardinals.
