The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the northbound 2011 Honda Interstate Motorcycle driven by 26 year old Jesse W. Roberts of Osceola, Missouri failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a utility pole.
Mr. Roberts sustained moderate injuries and he was transported by air ambulance to Cox South in Springfield, Missouri for treatment.
