Ruth Ann Herring was born June 25, 1935 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Frank and Margaret Green Berry. She was united in Marriage to Rufus Herring. Together they had three children, Fred, Billie Dale, and Debbie.
Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Margaret Berry, husband Rufus Herring, sons, Fred Herring and Billie Dale Herring. Siblings, James Berry, Jean Bedwell and husband William, and Joyce Miller.
She is survived by her daughter Debbie Herring of Arkansas, daughter-in-law Linda Herring of West Virginia, sister-in-law Norma Berry of Butler, Missouri, and brother-in-law Bill Miller of Harrisonville, Missouri, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and extended family members.
