Rain chances will steadily increase through the day

As of 5:50am, we're starting to see some light rain moving north near Ft. Scott, KS and Nevada, MO. 

This activity will continue to lift north and northeast through the morning, with rain chances increasing steadily through the day across the KC Metro and locations across eastern Kansas and western Missouri.
