On Thursday October 19th around 5:02 a.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County along with Vernon County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a semi truck rollover accident in the northbound lanes near mile marker 110 or 7 miles north of Nevada.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the northbound 2019 Peterbilt tractor-trailer driven by Tyron Tatum of Spring Texas ran off the left side of the roadway and overcorrected, then overturned.
Mr. Tatum was taken by ambulance to Nevada Regional Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
