Update: Two female juveniles injured in Bates County crash

On Wednesday October 18th around 8:40 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Bates County along with Bates County EMS, Bates County Sheriff's Deputies and Butler Fire responded to a one vehicle accident on NW CR 1001 and NW CR 6002 in rural Passaic.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the northbound 2009 Mercury Mariner driven by a 16 year old female from Cleveland, Missouri ran off the road, struck and embankment and went airborne.

The 16 year old juvenile female along with a passenger in her vehicle a 15 year old female from Amoret, Missouri both sustained minor injuries and both were transported to Bates County Memorial Hospital for treatment.
