The Nevada Tigers Football team made the 115 miles trip north yesterday to take on the Kearney Bulldogs in State Football Quarterfinals.
Nevada couldn't get anything going the whole game and Kearney was able to win this game 35-0. The tigers of Nevada will end their season with a their first district championship in 25 years and a record of 9-3.
Kearney pushed its record to 11-2 on the year and they will hit the road November 25th at 1pm to take on the Jefferson City Jays (9-4) in the state high school football semi-final.
