He graduated from Bronaugh High School and worked for Thorco Industries in Lamar, MO for over 30 years. Bob was very artistic, and he loved being around kids and playing computer games.
Bob is survived by a sister-in-law, Leslie Bogart, Sheldon, MO; three nieces, Vicki Wright and her husband Trent, Fort Scott, KS, Stacy Taylor, Sheldon, MO, and Melissa Griffitt, Sheldon, MO; one nephew Michael Bogart and his wife Shelby, Nevada, MO. Additional survivors include several great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded by his parents, one sister, Roberta Cassatt and her husband Gary, and two brothers, Edward Allen Bogart and Larry Bogart.
Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 21, 2023, at Ferry Funeral Home with burial to follow at Sheldon Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Sheldon Cemetery with the funeral home serving as custodian.
