The Eagle Land Love Box effort once again provided meals for some 90 area families as well as 60 kids who got toys for Christmas. The program, spearheaded mostly by Miami R-1 alumni, also handed out toiletries, hats, gloves, socks and other items to those in need.
The organizers would like to thank all the ‘worker elves’ including Laurie Lacy shown here for volunteering as well as the Rustic Rebel for allowing their store to serve as a staging area.
Also, a huge thanks goes to all those who donated items this year as well.
