The individual told the Deputy that Mr. West had brandished a firearm and had told them to leave the property.
When Vernon County Deputies made contact with Mr. West he stated that he had brandished a firearm at the individual and knew he was a felon who was not to be in possession of firearms.

Mr. West also allegedly stated he had not pointed the weapon, and the gun was unloaded. Upon asking West's father for consent to retrieve the firearm, it was found by West's bedside.
Bobby West Jr. was arrested and booked into the Vernon County Jail in Nevada and he is currently being held on the following charges 1.) Unlawful Possession of a firearm by a felon 2.) No bond Capias Warrant.
