Daylan has soared to new heights over the past few years. He started
pole vaulting in seventh grade.
Daylan has added at least a foot in height to his jump every year since. He has worked hard and made his way to the MSHSAA State Competition in his sophomore and junior years with hopes o fgoing again this year for his senior year. Daylan placed third at the state competition in 2023 with a jump of 12’ 11.75”.
Daylan is also a part of multiple All-State relay teams and an Academic All-State recipient. Daylan says he is ready for this track season and excited about competing in college as well.
