Joe Milford Tool, age 87 of Rich Hill, Missouri died Monday, January 29, 2024 at his home. He was born June 1, 1936 to Milford Conrad and Golden Amanda Tom Tool in Weldon, Illinois.
Joe is survived by three children, Daniel Milford Tool of St. Joseph, Illinois, Teresa Marie Cler and husband Gregory of Mesa, Arizona and Laurie Ann Bongiorno and husband Jay of Santee, South Carolina; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a sister who just turned 100 years old, Jane Hess of North Carolina; and a good friend, Derek Nelson of Rich Hill, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents.
