Dillion Coonce would win the opening tip, and Brayden Chandler would immediately drive to the rack and sink a lay-up. The Tigers would take an early 4-0 advantage before a three by Setzer would give the Bullldogs a 5-4 lead after 1 and a half minutes of play.
Both teams would continue to swap scores for a bit until the Tigers went on a 11-2 run, which started after Brayden Chandler grabbed a steal, followed by an and-one basket. The run would put the Tigers up 21-12 and prompt the Bulldogs to take a time-out to try and calm the storm. Out of the Appleton time-out, the Tigers would continuing their roaring run and they would lead the Bulldogs 29-16 after the opening 8.
The Bulldogs would begin the 2nd with the ball, Looney would hit a three to trigger an offensive showcase that saw both teams trade scores. The Tigers would finally grab another run, this time it would be a 12-1 run in favor of Rich Hill. Oerihng would eventually stop the bleeding for the Bulldogs with a traditional 3-point play. The Tigers would end the half by outsourcing the Bulldogs 7-2 in the last 2 minutes of the second period. The Tigers would carry a 52-30 lead into the intermission.
Rich Hill would kick-off the second half action with possession and but they would turnover the basketball. Williams would record the first point of the half with a post basket. Brayden Chandler would answer for the the Rich Hill Tigers, leading to a scoring outburst that saw the Tigers outscore the Bulldogs 13-2. Facing a 65-36 deficit, Williams would finally fire back with a bucket, but the Tigers would continue to roll, taking a 32 point lead into the final 8 minutes (72-40)
With the game in hand, the Tigers would give some minutes to their bench, who would help the Tigers cruise to an 85-54 victory.
