Update: Fatal house fire this morning in Adrian...

Shortly before 7am this morning several emergency personnel responded to a fully engulfed structure fire at a residents located at 1st and Bates Street in Adrian. After the fire was extinguished crews was able to locate the body of a deceased elderly male. 

The Missouri State Fire Marshal's Office was called in to investigate the cause of the fire. The name of the deceased male was identified 91 year-old Edwin Nelson, known to reside at the residence.
