Mr. Richard Koehler (the city attorney) is making all necessary changes that are needed.

Leona, thank you so much for the 30 years you have given to us. You will be missed but you deserve the retirement. We hope you can enjoy every minute of it. She is selling the convenience store to Irshad Cheema and others of Crossland Investment Group, LLC.

We would like to welcome Irshad and Haroon to our city. They plan to take over the store in May. They are planning to make many changes to the store as well as putting in new pumps and fixing the driveway. They plan to hire local as well. They want to be a part of our community and help in any way they can. Best of luck to all.

Meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
