Former student arrested for making terroristic threats at Warsaw High School

On 03/11/24 at 11 AM, the Benton County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a potential threat against a faculty member of Warsaw High School. School officials were immediately notified as our investigation began and the school was put on lockdown.

Deputies responded to the reporting person’s residence and gathered information, it was our belief that the threat received was plausible.

Ozzy Lee Davis, 18, a former student of Warsaw High School was taken into custody and placed on a 24 hour hold. A warrant has since been issued for $250,000 for felony terroristic threats. 

Mr. Davis is currently being held in the Benton County Jail.
