One killed in motorcycle accident north of Butler

Today 3/11/2024 just after 3pm I was called to the northbound lane of Interstate 49 near mile marker 133 in Bates County. An accident involving a motorcycle had resulted in the death of one individual.

I will withhold identifying information at this moment pending notification of family.

I greatly appreciate the assistance of Butler Fire and Bates County Memorial Hospital EMS in this incident.
