On Friday March 22nd around 10:30 p.m. the Kansas State Highway Patrol in Linn County along with Linn County Kansas Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle accident on U.S. 69 Highway just south of K-52 Highway in rural Linn County.
The Kansas State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by 38 year old Ian Keys of Pleasanton Kansas was southbound when he left the right side of the highway striking a guard rail and then crossed the roadway hitting a concrete barrier on the driver's side before the vehicle came to rest
Mr. Keys sustained minor injuries and was transported to Overland Park Regional Medical Center for treatment.
