The Criminal Investigations Team arrived shortly after to process the scene and interview witnesses. According to the evidence, four shots originated from inside the hotel room, in the bathroom. These shots exited the bathroom door, striking the hotel room door and a wall in the hallway. These shots were dangerous to the occupants of adjoining rooms as one bullet was located on the floor of an adjoining room, and another bullet was lodged in an exterior wall of the hotel.
One of the subjects taken into custody, Bradley Allan Jamierson, a 32-year-old resident of Grandview, Missouri, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and is being held on a $75,000 cash-only bond. It is important to note that the charges against Jamierson are accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty or pleads guilty.
