The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the northbound bound 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 51 year old Charles Jones of Nevada, Missouri ran off the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment.
Mr. Jones sustained minor injuries, while his passenger, 65 year old Ethel Voigt of Nevada, Missouri sustained moderate injuries in the accident. Both were taken by ambulance to Cass Regional Medical Center.
