According to a Warrant for Arrest filed in the Circuit Court of Cedar County, 43-year-old Michael Coberley, of Stockton, MO has been charged with the class D felony count of Domestic Assault in the 2nd degree.According to court documents around 3:36 p.m. Sunday, June 9th, following a verbal argument with the victim Coberley allegedly choked the victim then forced them to the ground and started smashing their face into the ground before allegedly starting to kick them in the face and ribs.
Mr. Coberley is currently being held in the Cedar County Jail and he has been placed on no bond at this time.
