Coming Soon to Butler, Missouri

My name is Ashley Brownsberger, and I am the proud owner of Brew Haven (11 S. Orange St. Butler, MO) With nearly a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, my journey began as the Event Coordinator for the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association. Under the mentorship of Bill Teel, a seasoned professional known for his successful ventures like the Golden Ox, KC Masterpiece and TJ Cinnamons, my passion for hospitality blossomed.

In late 2023, when Bill retired, I found myself at a crossroads. However, my love for the industry led me to embark on a new venture—opening a coffee shop. Drawing on my network in Kansas City, I meticulously crafted a plan. If you haven't experienced the hospitality of Garozzo's Ristorante, Pierpont's, or a Nick and Jake's, I highly recommend a visit; they epitomize exemplary service in fine establishments.

Inspired to bring a similar level of service to Butler, MO, albeit on a more intimate scale, I envisioned Brew Haven—a place offering friendly, efficient, and affordable dining experiences. Fueling my vision further, I convinced my niece, Taylynn, to join me in this venture. Despite initial doubts, we pursued our dream. Following intensive training at the Seattle Barista Academy, we returned home, meticulously planning every detail.

Our menu, curated with guidance from Sysco Kansas City’s Executive Chef Patrick Peluso, reflects our commitment to quality. Chef Peluso, enriched by his experiences alongside renowned chefs in the Italian and French countryside, generously shared his expertise. I am deeply grateful for his support and look forward to sharing our offerings with you.

Thank you for joining us on this journey. We can't wait to welcome you to Brew Haven, where every cup and bite is crafted with care.

Warm regards,
Ashley Brownsberger
