Pleasant Hill man seriously injured in motorcycle crash

On Wednesday August 14th around 2:33 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol in Cass County along with the Cass County Sheriff's Department responded to a motorcycle accident on MO-7 at Elliot RD.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occured when the north bound 1997 Custom Motorcycle driven by a 46 year old Richard A. Sauceda of Pleasant Hill, Missouri travelled off the right side of the roadway in a curve and struck a ditch.

Mr. Sauceda sustained serious injuries and was transported by Pleasant Hill Fire Department to Research Medical Center.
