Nevada man seriously injured in Vernon County rollover crash

On September 10th around 8:40 p.m. the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Vernon County along with Vernon County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a one vehicle rollover accident on Missouri 54 Highway around 4 miles south of Walker, Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident occurred when the westbound 2017 Ford Escape driven by 23 year old Austin L. Griggs of Nevada, Missouri traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned. 

Austin L. Griggs sustained serious injuries in this accident and was transported to Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri for treatment.
