Adrian heading to Class 1 State Championship after shutting out St. Vincent 21-0

The number #3 ranked Adrian Blackhawks (11-1) hosted the #1 ranked St. Vincent Indians (12-0) in the Class 1 State Semi-Final football game today in a cold and snowy day in Adrian.

Adrian dominated the first quarter and led 21-0 at half over the Indians. The second half Adrian defense dominated and came out with a shutout 21-0 win over St. Vincent.

Adrian will now move to the Class 1 State Championship game against the Penney Hornets (9-4) on December 7th at 3:00 p.m. in Columbia. 

Penney is coming off of a 20-7 victory over the Tipton Cardinals. This game should be very competitive and fun to watch. Way to go Blackhawks!
