Anthony Craig Foster is wanted in connection with an attempted fraud involving a stolen check at Equity Bank. Upon arrival of law enforcement, the suspect fled on foot, heading southbound on the Katy Trail. The suspect’s vehicle has been located, and other occupants detained.
Last Known Direction: Uknown direction on the Katy Trail in Windsor.
