The Butler lady bears basketball team hosted the Drexel lady bobcats tonight in the home opener.
Butler is led in coaching this year by Lacey Cook and assistance coach Rance Waite. The lady bears came out tough against Drexel and was trailing at halftime 17-16.
Drexel would come out really strong in the 2nd half and pull away from the lady bears defeating them 37-28. Butler was led in scoring by Sophomore Kylee Dubray who had 13 points and Senior Adyson Clover pitched in 8 points to lead the lady bears.
Butler will now move on to play in the Clinton High School lady cardinals invitational December 2nd - December 12th. Please enjoy some photos from the game tonight below:
