A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr., Raymore, Missouri 64083. A celebration of Ross’s life will follow at 12:00 p.m.
Ross was born on August 12, 1996, in Kansas City, Missouri, the beloved son of Sean M. Zuber and Sheri Lynn Stone-Hash Zuber. He was a graduate of Raymore-Peculiar High School, Class of 2015, where he was known for his love of sports, excelling in football, baseball, and wrestling, and for his passion for skateboarding. Ross loved spending time in the beauty of the outdoors, especially fishing alongside his little brother Levi, sharing quiet moments by the water.
Ross’s loyalty to his Kansas City Royals and Chiefs ran deep, and he cheered for them with pride. Known for his bright smile and genuine heart, Ross made friends easily and brought warmth to everyone he met. His family and friends will miss him deeply, holding close the joy he brought into their lives.
Ross leaves behind his parents, Sheri Lynn Stone-Hash Zuber and Sean & Janet Zuber; his maternal grandmother, Linda Hash; his siblings, Amber Zuber, Levi Zuber, Sarah Sasser, Mike Bowie, Dylan Brown, Destiny Brown, and Drew Brown; several uncles and aunts, Don Zimmerman, Harvey Leroy Flowers, William Paoli, Rosemary Zuber, Angie Zuber, and Jennifer Zuber; and many, many cousins whom he loved deeply and with whom he spent most of his time. Among them were Billy, the twins Tyler and Dominick, Cindy and Lacey, Sammy and Brock, Jacob, Isaac, and Brandon—they all grew up with Ross, more like brothers and sisters than cousins. Alongside these, he leaves numerous friends who were touched by his kind and loving spirit.
In honor of Ross’s memory, the family invites memorial contributions to be made to support mental health initiatives in his name, care of Sean M. Zuber.
