Elisabeth works in the Case Management department and is a valued social worker who has been an integral part of the healthcare team, ensuring patients’ needs are met both during and after their hospital stay.
Elisabeth’s exceptional dedication to patient care has made a lasting impact on those she serves. She goes above and beyond by helping not only inpatient services, but also providing support for outpatient services and the oncology clinic. Elisabeth recently played a key role in maintaining an open line of communication with a patient and their family during a challenging time. Her compassionate approach and willingness to assist in navigating complex situations helped provide much-needed comfort and trust to both the family and the hospital staff.
