Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report


Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week of 01/10/2025 to 01/16/2025:

  • January 11, 2025- Warrant Arrest: Sergeant Baker and Deputy Chaney conduced a follow up investigation in the Windsor area resulting in the arrest of Stella Talburt, age 54, of Windsor, on a Henry County warrant for dog at large.
  • January 11, 2025- Warrant Arrest:Sergeant Logan and Deputy Douglas conducted a follow-up investigation in the Calhoun area resulting in the arrest of James Harris, age 66, of Calhoun, on a Henry County warrant for failing to appear on an illegal burning charge.
  • January 11, 2025- Resisting arrest:Deputy Stevens, with the assistance of other deputies, responded to a possible suicidal subject in the Windsor area. Jessica Lindsay, age 18, was arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold for abuse of a child, domestic assault 3rd, endangering the welfare of a child 2nd degree, harassment 1st and resisting arrest. A warrant was issued for the charge of Endangering the welfare of a child 1st degree.
  • January 12, 2025- Driving under the influence: Deputy England and Deputy Murphy conducted an investigation of a possible intoxicated driver in the Clinton area. Lisa Vickers, age 39, of Clinton, was arrested for driving under the influence (BAC) and for driving while suspended or revoked.
  • January 12, 2025- Warrant Arrest:Sergeant Logan and Deputy Douglas conducted a follow-up investigation in the Clinton area resulting in the arrest of James Taylor, age 50, of Urich, on two Henry County no bond warrants for being in possession of a controlled substance.
  • January 12, 2025- Warrant Arrest:Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area for failing to stop at a stop sign. Trenton Thompson, age 24, of Windsor, was arrested on a Pettis County warrant for failing to appear on traffic charges.
  • January 12, 2025- Warrant Arrest:Sergeant Richardson arrested James Hinkle, age 40, of Windsor, at the court house for three Henry County no bond warrants for domestic assault, stalking, harassment, abuse or neglect of a child, domestic assault 1st and tamper or attempt to tamper with a victim.
  • January 14, 2025- Warrant Arrest:Sheriff Brown conducted a traffic stop in the Clinton area for expired registration, resulting in the arrest of Michael Hall, age 34, of Clinton, on a Johnson County warrant for burglary.
  • January 15, 2025- Forgery:Sergeant Brandt conducted a follow-up forgery investigation at the courthouse resulting in the arrest of Coty Burton, age 33, of Windsor, on a 24-hour investigative hold for forgery.

 

Note: All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are only allegations at this time.
