Patrons are currently experiencing a power outage stretching from Belton to Amoret as reported by Evergy.In a possibly unrelated incident, around 9:20 this evening the Amsterdam fire department was dispatched to an area near County roads 11001 and 12002 to investigate an electrical fire.
Evergy says repairs should be completed by 10:30 pm.
