The Greene County Sheriff's office was recently called to investigate a report of what appeared to be a broken down cart with animals in the right of way.
Turns out, it was just someone caravanning their way to a new location and as noted by the Sheriff's office, this is a perfectly legal method of travel in Missouri as well as many other states.
As we also have horse and buggy travelers in our region, always be courteous and use caution when passing.
