Timothy Earl Wingard was born March 16, 1964 in Stover, Missouri, the son of Earl Wingard and Barbara (Sumner) Bauer. He enlisted in the US Navy when he finished school. Timothy made his life career as a heavy equipment operator and welder.
When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed the country life, watching all the wildlife, fishing, and spending time with his grandson.
Timothy was preceded in death by his father Earl and his brother Rocky. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Bauer of Stover, MO., son Jacob Wingard and wife Shirley of Urich, MO., and one grandson, Braxton Joseph Allen Wingard.
