Harrisonville students participate in Educators Rising State Competition


 On Friday, March 7, six Cass Career Center Teaching Professions students competed at Educators Rising State Competition in Fulton, Missouri. Four of the students qualified for Nationals in Orlando, FL this June.

Megan Lalman, Harrisonville High School, placed 1st in STEM Lesson Planning and Delivery. She also took 4th place in Administration Interview and Presentation. Emma Holsten, Lone Jack High School, placed 2nd place in Educators Rising Moment. Montanna Mears, Drexel High School, placed 4th place in Support Service Interview and Presentation. Sarah Torres, Harrisonville High School, placed 5th in TedTalk: the Effects of AI in Education. Lily Feece, Harrisonville, and AJ Junge, Archie, also competed.
