Obituary - Harold Siebert

Harold Dean Siebert, age 86 of Sugar Creek, Missouri died Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Tiffany Springs Rehab and Health Center in Kansas City, Missouri.  He was born January 10, 1939 to Melvin Harold and Daisy Marie Christensen Siebert in Independence, Missouri.

Harold grew up in Independence, Missouri where he attended grade school at Rock Creek and Central High School.  Harold was a crane operator for Armco Steel from 1966 until his retirement in 1996.  On July 17, 1970 he married Leone “Toni” Wilson in Miami, Oklahoma. Harold was an Army veteran.

Harold was described as opinionated, man of his word, independent and truthful.  He loved reminiscing, vehicles (which he called “rolling works of art”), watching steam train engines, eating out at different restaurants and traveling with his wife Toni.   

Harold is survived by close friends Rick Dehn and wife Cindy Gurney of Windsor, Colorado; a sister-in-law, Judy Siebert of Holden, Missouri; a brother, Charles Siebert of Mission, Texas; and a helpful friend, Ashley Dehn of Kansas City, Missouri.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Toni Siebert on January 25, 2008; and a brother, Wesley Siebert.
