THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY could begin to form on the west side of the KS/MO state line later today; however, good chance the rotation of the low hasn't gathered any moisture yet. SO, we could see *DRY THUNDERSTORMS* (dry or mostly dry cloud-to-ground lightning) along the area shaded in brown. Which is already dealing with critical fire weather today -- you can see it hiding underneath in the purple).
