Self-control was the character trait for the month of March. Character education focused on self-control teaches individuals the importance of managing their emotions, behaviors, and impulses in healthy, constructive ways. It encourages patience, mindfulness, and the ability to delay gratification in the face of temptation. By practicing self-control, individuals can make better decisions, maintain healthier relationships, and achieve long-term goals.
