According to court documents, Morgan is accused of four counts that are related to events that happened in February of this year:
1- Sodomy Or Attempted Sodomy - 1st Degree
2- Child Molestation - 4th Degree - Child Less Than 17 Yoa And Offender Greater Than 4 Years Older
3- Endangering The Welfare Of A Child Creating Substantial Risk - 1st Degree - 1st Offense - Sexual Conduct
4- Endangering The Welfare Of A Child Creating Substantial Risk - 1st Degree - 1st Offense - Sexual Conduct
The Grand Jury Indictment includes verbiage indicating Morgan knowingly had deviate sexual intercourse with the victim as well as other indiscriminate acts.
Morgan is represented by Public Defender Jeffery Martin who will ask for a bond reduction during the August 25 court appearance as he is currently being held in the Bates County jail on a $500,000.00 cash only bond.
